We have heard back from our third party email sending partner, SendGrid, and our notification email service should now be back online! We expect there to be some delays in sending the emails that were queued during the outage. If you are attempting to reset your password or verify your email, it may take some extra time for those emails to reach your inbox.

Our team has identified the source of the outage and we have patched the issue up on our end. We are working with our third party email sending partner, SendGrid, to get our notification email service back online.
We expect to hear back from them and have a resolution some time after 9 AM Pacific, Friday May 17. In the meantime, we recommend checking your Dubsado account regularly to ensure you don’t miss any important notifications.

Investigating -
We are currently investigating an outage of Dubsado notification emails. This outage impacts notification emails sent by Dubsado to you to notify you of events such as new leads, payments received, appointments booked, etc.
This outage also impacts new account verification emails.
Emails you send to clients are NOT impacted as long as you have connected your email account to Dubsado. If you have not connected an email account to Dubsado for sending emails, then emails you send during this outage will not be delivered.
